That’s when inspiration struck.
With the help of his partner, David Ferrette — a seasoned developer with over 1 million square feet of similar storage projects across eight states — Rich set out to make Glamis more accessible for everyone who loves it as much as he does. Together, they secured the land, obtained the entitlements, and began developing Glamis Bound Storage — a one-of-a-kind facility built for the Glamis community, by Glamis enthusiasts.
